The Trade Market Square will be the hub of the event, hosting the industry exhibition, business matching, internet kiosk and all refreshment breaks, providing a prime networking arena for delegates and exhibitors.

Exhibition booth types and rates

Shell Scheme Booth	Purchase of a 3m x 3m shell scheme booth includes walls, carpet, fascia, lighting and power.	AUD5,500 per booth
Floor Space Only	Purchase of space (minimum 9m²) only includes carpet and power. Engage a contractor to build your custom stand.	AUD5,000 per 9m²

Exhibition upgrade packages

Special negotiated rates have been secured with the exhibition supplier to provide exhibitors with optional upgrade packages.

Standard	Includes cafe-style tables and chairs, counter and a brochure stand	AUD550 per booth
Deluxe	Includes bar-style tables and stools, deluxe counter and a plasma screen	AUD1,650 per 9m²
Premium	Premium stand with high-impact graphics, bar-style table and stools, product display unit, brochure stand and a plasma screen	AUD4,400 per 9m²

Please note, if an exhibitor requests additional equipment outside the scope of the standard, deluxe and premium package inclusions, additional costs will apply.
